Canadian International School of Beijing Introduction

The Canadian Interntional School of Beijing is one of ClubFootball’s longest standing partners and has been working with us since the school opened in 2007. Over the years the school has hosted a variety of ClubFootball sessions including after school clubs, skills courses, CF league teams, and women’s football. 

Classes take place at the school’s impressive campus on Liangmaqiao Lu, just along from the 21st Century Hotel and the Lufthansa Center. During the Spring and Autumn sessions take place on the artificial 7-a-side pitch, before transferring  indoors to Gym B during the Winter. Some after school clubs take place on the tennis court or in the multi-purpose room (E303).  

Players from Kindergarten to Grade 5 are welcome join. As with many of our school venues children who do not attend the school are able to sign up, however CISB students will be given priority booking.

ClubFootball Junior Coaching Notes and Guidelines

Venue Specific Course Notes 

1. Parents are kindly asked to park outside the school, and not directly in front of the school gate.
2. Bicycles are not permitted on campus.
3. No smoking is permitted anywhere on campus.
4. Students, parents and coaches are visitors to the school and are not permitted to enter school buildings, with the exception of accessing the toilets which are in accessed by the door opposite the entrance to the soccer field.
5. Parents are asked to sit on the bleachers provided and not move chairs or other furniture to the side of the soccer pitch. If bleachers are full and parents do bring chairs from the nearby seating area, they should be returned to the seating area once the session has finished.
6. Parents and students are asked to enter the school using the East Gate (50m East of the Main Gate) and to bear left and go round the back of the school building to reach the football pitch. Parents and students are asked not to enter via the main gate, and not to enter the main building to get to the football pitch.
7. In the interests of security, all visitors to the school are asked to leave the school premises once classes are finished.

The Canadian International School is conveniently situated in the heart of Chaoyang Business District.

From the Northeast corner of the 3rd Ring Road head (near the Lufthansa Centre and the Kunlun Hotel) go down Liangmaqiao Road for a few hundred metres (past Lucky Street and the 21st Century Hotel on the right and the new US Embassy on the left) until you see CIS on the right hand side of the road.

The soccer pitch is around the back of the school. Students coming from outside CISB should enter by the East Gate and go directly around the left-hand side of the school building. The East Gate is 50m east of the Main Gate.
